The Bowie Tenants Union (BTU) was formed based on resident-reported concerns about building operations, including water service interruptions, maintenance issues, and communication challenges.

Residents have reported experiencing recurring service disruptions and delays in addressing certain issues, along with questions about communication and responsiveness.

Some of these situations may raise concerns under Texas law and lease obligations, depending on the specific circumstances.

BTU aims to inform tenants, coordinate communication, and support residents in understanding their options. We are independent, tenant-led, and focused on improving transparency and consistency in building operations.
